Weight Watchers revisited
Well, I think I've officially entered into a cycle that won't break itself unless I tackle it head on.
We went on vacation a while back for a family wedding and then the next weekend we had something else going on where I wasn't able to make my WW meeting again.
Of course my weight loss has stalled (luckily, I haven't gained it back) and I keep telling myself that I'll be good this week and lose weight and then go to WW meeting.
I know this is self destructive behavior so I just need to make the next meeting and face the music and get back on the program.
Why do I have to make this so hard?
