I hate this knitting project

I started knitting a dish cloth for a friend who is getting married on September 23rd. I am using the Mason Dixon Moss Squares Dish Cloth pattern and I hate knitting it. I have to get through it and I'm up to 8 square (of 12 total) rows. I can't wait till I'm done with this. The only problem is I can't just give away one dish cloth. I have a second one that will be knitted in yellow. I'll find a pattern that I like better than this one. I just want to be knitting on my Hex coat.
