Some progress
I joined Curves about three months ago. I'm taking it slow by trying to workout three times a week. Like my WW leader says, you have to make sure that you find something sustainable - What you do to lose weight will have to be something you will continue to do while you keep the weight off.
Curves seems to be just the thing for me right now. I feel good after I work out, it's quick, and I'm not sore afterwards.
While I've only lost 7 pounds over the past three months, I have lost a total of 9.5-inches all around my body. My clothes are feeling loser and I noticed the other day that getting up from the floor is much easier. I think I can sustain this.

Seven favorite songs - this is tough for me as I really don't listen to adult music anymore. It's all kid oriented. When I get time to listen to the radio, I find that I'm a NPR kind of gal. Sorry!
