Made a label - it's terribly easy
I came across a tutorial that shows you how to make your own clothing labels. Here's a photo of my attempt.
Sorry it's so blurry. It says "Snakes on a Sweater for Carter - 100% Cotton - Machine Wash & Dry"
Things I learned:
- Don't wait to let the tag get cool before taking it off. Mine is too glossy. The instructions mention that it wouldn't be so glossy if I took the paper off when it was still hot.
- Make sure the shape of the transfer is the same shape of your label. You can see where the transfer makes it onto the ribbon. I cut mine at an angle to follow the graphic. It just doesn't look as neat as I'd like it to look.
- I don't know how to hand sew worth a darn.
